Clients can schedule visits for phone, tablet, or computer setup, including software updates and basic training on everyday apps and email. Wi-Fi troubleshooting and printer or smart-home connections are handled on the spot so everything works the way it should. Online safety is a key part of this service. Guidance includes creating strong, easy-to-manage passwords, setting up two-factor authentication, and reviewing privacy settings on social media, email, and commonly used apps. Clear, written instructions can be left behind so clients have a simple reference after the visit. For ongoing support, Rent a Daughter can perform regular device checkups, help organize digital photos and files, or walk clients through video calling and other communication tools. Each appointment is paced for comfort and understanding, making technology less intimidating and far more useful.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Minimums All hourly services require a 2-hour minimum per visit. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Travel & Mileage Services include travel within a 15-mile radius of Pensacola, FL. A modest travel fee may apply for locations beyond this range.
